  • 3 kofuna na ruwa

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard iri
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric foda

Hanyar Da Ake Bi:

  1. A wanke shinkafa da lentil sosai har sai ruwan ya fara tsabta.
  2. A cikin tukunya, sai a dora man ghee ko man kwakwa a kan matsakaicin wuta.
  3. Da zarar man ya yi zafi, sai a saka cumin iri da mustard iri. Bari su tsinke na 'yan sakan.
  4. Sai a saka turmeric foda da shinkafa da lentil da aka wanke. A juyar da su na 'yan mintoci kadan don man ya rufe su.
