  • Sanya matashin kai a ƙarƙashin gwiwoyinka ko a gefenta don rage matsin lamba a kan ciki.

  • Rike ƙaramin matashin kai mai ƙarfi don tallafawa wurin tiyata lokacin canza matsayi ko tari.

3. Yi Amfani da Maganin Zafi ko Sanyi

  • Yi amfani da matashin zafi ko ɗumi don rage damuwa a kusa da wurin tiyata (idan likitanku ya amince).

  • Yi amfani da kankara don rage kumburi da rage ciwo, musamman a cikin 'yan kwanaki bayan aiki.

4. Yi Motsa Jiki Mai Sauƙi

  • Tafiya mai sauƙi na iya ƙarfafa jini da rage ƙarfi, wanda zai iya rage rashin jin daɗi da sauƙaƙa yin bacci.

5. Ka Kafa Muhalli Mai Natsuwa na Bacci

  • Rage haske, kiyaye yanayin ɗaki mai sanyi, kuma yi amfani da hayaniya farare don ƙirƙirar yanayi mai natsuwa wanda ya dace da bacci.
