Ukushwabana kolwemi kuyizinto ejwayelekile futhi ecasulayo abantu abaningi ababhekana nayo ngesinye isikhathi ekuphileni kwabo. Lolu buhlungu lungase lube khona ngezizathu eziningi, kusukela ezinzwaneni ezincane kuya ezinkingeni zezempilo ezinzima. 3. Amabala Amhlophe Noma Ukumbozwa

I-Oral thrush noma ukutheleleka kwe-fungal kungabangela ukuthuthukiswa kwamabala amhlophe, ane-creamy olwemi. Amabala angase abe buhlungu futhi abangele ubuhlungu kanye nokuqina.

4. Ubomvu Noma Ukuvuvukala

Izindawo ezibomvu noma eziqinisile zolwemi zingabonisa ukutheleleka, ukwehluleka kokudla, noma ukuqina. Lokhu kungahamba nobuhlungu nokuthambile.

5. Ukomile

Ulwemi oluomile lungahamba nomuzwa oqina, ikakhulukazi ezimweni ze-umlo owomile (xerostomia), okungase futhi kubangele ubunzima ekugwinyeni noma ekuphumeni.

6. Ubuhlungu Noma Ubuhlungu

Ulwemi lungaba buhlungu, okungabangelwa ukucasulwa ukudla, ukutheleleka, noma ukuqina. Ubuhlungu bungahamba nomuzwa oqina ezimweni ezinjenge-oral ulcers noma i-injury.

Nini Okufanele Ubone Udokotela

  • Ukushintsha Okubonakalayo Olwemi: Amabala amhlophe, amaqhuzu, amabala abomvu, noma ukushintsha okungavamile kungase kuphakamise ukutheleleka njenge-oral thrush noma ezinye izinkinga zezempilo.
